FX: nods gloomily. I just waited for weeks for some copies of Maxwell Gray's correspondence to find where she lived on a certain Castle Road. When the packet come through the letterbox I caught it almost before it hit the floor, and tore it open eagerly ... only to find she headed all her letters "Castle Road".

I love the rabbit holes of research...sometimes they yield the most interesting things, but not until much much later...
