Actually, it's 3.49 square feet per box, not the other way around. I assume you're using 1 cube or 1.5 cube book boxes, so you'll cover a little less than half of the square footage of the house with boxes, assuming you don't stack them. If you stack them 3 high, you'll only need 1/8th of the house for the book boxes. Not sure how you're going to pack anything else at that point, but at least it's not completely impossible.

2) Put an air mattress under the sleeping bag.
