- Selina Bunbury, Coombe Abbey. An Historical Tale of the Reign of James the First (Thomas Holmes, n.d.). Reprint of the 1843 edition. Not much is known about Bunbury (1802-82), an Irish novelist; see here for a summary of available information. Her children's novel, Fanny, the Flower-Girl, is online.
- Ann Radcliffe, Gaston de Blondeville; Or the Court of Henry the Third Keeping Festival in Arden (Folio, 1987). Radcliffe's posthumously published historical novel, first printed in 1826.
- Geraldine Jewsbury, Zoe: The History of Two Lives (Virago, 1989). Controversial romance, first published in 1845. (I've been trying for several years to get my hands on this reprint--like Virago's edition of Charlotte Yonge's The Daisy Chain, it's in high demand...)
