Somehow, I think that's probably an accurate fictionalization of Henry VIII. He doesn't strike me as a particularly romantic man.

Well, it's not such a bad line if you imagine Sidney James playing Henry VIII and chuckling at his own jokes. Of course, I don't imagine CARRY ON, HENRY is likely part of your review material. LOL.
