Three observations:
1. Victorian novels in bad imitation sixteenth-century English can be difficult to read.
2. Victorian novels in bad imitation sixteenth-century English, complete with purportedly "accurate" spellings, are especially difficult to read.
3. Bad Victorian novels in bad imitation sixteenth-century English, complete with purportedly "accurate" spellings, make me ponder whether or not the authors of same are in the Eighth Circle, Tenth Bolgia.
Personally I'd put them in the ninth circle--too many interesting characters in the 8th.
