I was really excited to find this on Google Books, because the cheapest edition listed in AddAll retails for the low, low price of $480.02. And then...oh, dear. Besides the distortions, dropouts, and rearranged pages, the scan is chopped off at the bottom. Page 311, meanwhile, offers not just one of the infamous Scanner's Fingers, but also...a desk? (Amazingly, Google Books even has a color photograph of this truly exciting page.)
(I did toggle the "unreadable" button, but...)
If you scroll down 6 more pages, there's a similar image but with the non-book parts in better focus. What looked like a desk seems to be an out-of-focus image of the leaves of the book.

That is a great find. I have never seen anything like it and I am always on Google Books.
